About Mia Kanak, M.D., M.P.H
My goal as a pediatrician is to provide the highest standard of care for children by integrating compassion with evidence-based clinical practice. As a mother, I also appreciate that parents possess unique insights into their children’s needs and therefore value a family-centered approach grounded in shared decision-making. As an educator and researcher, I am dedicated to training the next generation of physicians to mitigate the negative impact of social determinants on pediatric health outcomes.
